Terms of Service

1. Service overview

AgentMarket is a business-to-business marketplace for discovering, requesting, proposing, and purchasing AI agent and automation implementation services from independent providers.

2. Buyer responsibilities

• Provide accurate company, billing, and project information.
• Review proposal scope, pricing, timelines, and assumptions before accepting.
• Use AgentMarket only for lawful business purposes.

3. Vendor responsibilities

• Provide accurate identity, company, service, security, and pricing information.
• Submit only listings that can be fulfilled by the vendor.
• Honor accepted proposal terms or communicate changes before work begins.

4. No runtime execution

AgentMarket v1 does not execute vendor agent code, uploaded plugins, arbitrary containers, third-party MCP servers, or customer-provided scripts on AgentMarket infrastructure.

5. Payments and commission

Accepted proposals may create paid orders. AgentMarket charges a configurable platform commission on paid orders, with a default private beta rate of 20%.
