Refund Policy

Draft for private beta. This policy should match the final vendor agreement and payment processor requirements before live launch.

General rule

AgentMarket orders are based on custom B2B digital services. Refund eligibility depends on the accepted proposal, work status, vendor response, and documented delivery.

Eligible review cases

• The vendor did not start or deliver the agreed scope.
• The buyer was charged incorrectly or more than once.
• The payment was unauthorized or connected to verified fraud.
• The proposal terms materially differ from the delivered work.

Usually not refundable

• Completed and accepted custom implementation work.
• Change-of-mind requests after work has started.
• Requests outside the documented proposal scope.

How to request a review

Contact support@agentmarket.ai with the order ID, company name, payment date, proposal summary, and reason for the request.
