Acceptable Use Policy

Draft for private beta. AgentMarket may suspend listings, users, organizations, or orders that present legal, payment, safety, or platform risk.

Prohibited activity

• Illegal goods or services, fraud, impersonation, or deceptive claims.
• Malware, credential theft, spam, unauthorized scraping, or abuse automation.
• Hate, harassment, exploitation, or other harmful conduct.
• Financial, legal, medical, or regulated claims without proper authority.
• Attempts to bypass payment, moderation, audit, or organization access controls.

Vendor claims

Vendors must accurately describe capabilities, integrations, security posture, pricing, and support terms. Unsupported claims may be removed or sent back for changes.
